A modern refurbishment accentuating the unique character of the building while creating a common visual language throughout

Dating from the mid 90's the project involved considerations for reception, common areas and services. The double height reception allowed us to design a a new curved bronze screen that undulates through the space at first floor level creating a shimmering curtain which hides the upper storey windows. This draws the eye upward and is considerate of the position on the street. With sensitive consideration to existing tenants we developed and applied a whole new visual language for the rest of the building which completes the transformation.
