We were engaged by Starwood Capital on this project to provide a dynamic and highend fit-out for a new reception and lobby area to No. 75 St. Stephens Green. The entire reception and common parts on ground floor were gutted and then completely refurbished.
The lift cars and the M&E services were all also replaced. LUCA designed all bespoke joinery from the bronze and marble reception desk to the bronze screens, signage and the 2m high bespoke lights. The client wanted the reception to have a wow factor on the Green and stand out from other office receptions in the areas to attract new tenants and clients.
