Castlewood House

Castlewood house is a three storey office block on Castlewood Avenue in Rathmines. We were brought on board by the client to fully renovate and fit out the office areas and re-think the front facade and entry areas.  The building suffered from low ceilings, small cheap windows and dated red brick cladding. The first move was to paint out the poor quality  cladding in a black paint, replace all the glazing and re-light the whole front elevation. This has immediately improved the whole streetside presence of the property. The front entrance reception area has been opened up with new slimline aluminium doors and clad in bespoke terrazzo. The client wanted the interiors to be low key  contemporary and fresh. Each office plate has been fitted out to the individual tenant’s specification while maintaining continuity of the overall design themes.
