LUCA Offices

This project is close to our hearts and involved the transformation of a Merrion Square basement into our own light filled contemporary design office.

The existing space was dark, with minimal decor and services. The landlord initially commissioned LUCA with the task but it soon became a personal project as our new headquarters.

The budget was tight and had to be shared between getting fundamentals like heating and lighting sorted out before we focused on the finishes and overall look and feel of the space.

The existing space was fully stripped out and then new services installed along with new flooring, custom joinery, kitchen , lighting features and curved boardroom glazing. As a listed building we had to work within the existing footprint to achieve the effective workspace we have now. Our lovely new offices won an IDI award in 2020 for workspace.
