As part of our work in Ballsbridge for the Comer group, LUCA were engaged on this project ensure the resident entrance and lounge experience matched the standards of the luxury apartments we designed.

The client wanted to bring a new level of living experience with this development in it’s unique location and what it offers in terms of its accommodation, main reception areas, common areas and general facilities.

We have been working closely with the developer to develop an interior language of material palettes, finishes, furniture for all these spaces that not only enhances the development but provides a new benchmark in the standard of finish and fit out for apartments of this kind.
