PRS Scheme Kevin Street

Kevin Street PRS is a mixed use scheme of over 53,000 sqft of commercial space and two 14 storey residential blocks with 20,000 sqft of amenity space off Camden street in Dublin 2. We worked alongside the shell and core architects Henry J Lyons on the resi blocks planning and designing the layouts and fit out of over 300 apartments. In addition, we addressed the amenity space comprising reception areas, work from home facilities, a gym, shared hospitality spaces, a cafe and various other ancillary tenant areas.

Internally we planned over 35 apartment variations of studio, one and two beds, specifiying everything from the finishes, joinery and lighting to the furniture packs.

In the internal amenity spaces, LUCA laid out the different areas in a shell and core space across the two buildings arriving at a designer solution for the scheme in terms of its finishes and design working closely alongside the branding and marketing agencies. The scheme is currently out at tender and the next stage will be implementing the full packages across the scheme in both the amenity and the residential areas.
