This project is a re-imagining of a large site in Dun laoghaire as a contemporary version of an classic urban square of large houses with a park at its centre and underground garages below.
Taking the cars out from the shared surface and front gardens above allows a parkland that can be used by all residents in the area. The 35 houses are large family 4 beds with views out to the sea from their roof terraces and are accessed from individual garages and a parking ramp below. The project is currently at pre planning stage
