Booking.com

We were engaged to design the new headquarters for Booking.com in an unusually restricted unit in Dublin City Centre. The space called for a dynamic solution to the narrowness of the accommodation which consists of open plan offices, breakout spaces and meeting rooms.

Our solution includes a dramatic blue sinuous curved and finned wall that winds through the plan, accommodating the many small meeting rooms required, the reception and various ancillary functions.

The design serves as both a privacy screen for the rooms and as a dramatic backdrop for the reception area with its planted green wall. A feature LED light follows the curved lines of the screen highlighting its organic form.

The colour palette is simple, blue fins, white terrazzo with accents of green in the planting.
