City Townhouse

A beautiful Georgian three storey over basement protected structure, we were asked to carry out a complete refurbishment. The brief was to consolidate and allow the existing space to work as a functional office area while ensuring that the fit-out enhanced the beautiful period features of the house which were to be kept and restored.

LUCA designed everything from the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, bepoke built-in joinery and lighting. We curated the art and the planting throughout. The final look is contemporary but sensitive to the period features which are showcased as an integral part of the overall aesthetic.
